1. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For custom/commissioned artwork, the processing time may vary, and we will keep you updated via email.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the artwork.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your masterpiece's journey to your home.

Damages during Transit: We pack our art with extreme care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the product.
2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: We accept returns only if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to their nature, Custom/Personalized Orders and Digital Downloads cannot be returned or refunded.

Timeframe: Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Custom CommissionsI

love creating unique pieces! For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to start the work.

The remaining balance plus shipping must be paid before the final artwork is dispatched
